Pascal Orhan

CEO

Pascal Orhan is known as an expert in broadband and digital TV markets around the world. His expertise is based on extensive experience in various positions in sales and marketing, business development, market research, and consulting. Pascal established and lead the Eastern and Central Europe practice of BIS Strategic Decisions (now Strategy Analytics), back in the early 90’s.

In 1993 he founded Communications Media Associates (CMA), to provide custom consulting for communication and media sectors, as well as developing and investing in cable business (creation of Sud Cable and UPC France). Pascal focused on its growing multiclient online market research activities and started Dataxis in 2005. He managed the global expansion of Dataxis and the development of new products and business units.

Nicolas Gangloff

Nicolas has spent the last 20 years in market research and consulting industries in different management, sales and marketing positions. He has also carried out market studies in the areas of Business TV and Telecom operators deregulation.

He joined BIS Strategic Decisions in 1989 as business development manager for Southern Europe to promote and sell multiclient research and consulting services to large established accounts.

After that, Nicolas has had a major contribution in the development of the Gartner Group France. Nicolas decided to join Dataxis in 2003 to develop its client base in Europe and in the US.

Ariel Barlaro

VP Media, Events & Latin America

Journalist and analyst with more than 15 year at the forefront of media and telecommunications business in Latin America. He was associate, former content director, research director and events developer of Grupo Convergencia. Rendered advisory services on international statistics to US’ Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) and former research project consultant for GSM Association Latin America. In 2008 he was founder and CEO of media, events and research firm NexTV Latam.

Since its merger with Dataxis in 2010, Ariel is in charge of Dataxis’ Media & Events businesses worldwide and he manages Dataxis’ operations in Latin America.
